The official website says that qualifying owners can download the English version for free starting today. MonkeyPaw Games also revealed that people who purchased the Japanese version of Tomba! 2 will have the translated version waiting for them to download.

Good news has arrived today, as over a year later MonkeyPaw Games has announced the English version of the game will be added to the PlayStation Store as a PSOne Classic. However, the localized release had emulation issues that were keeping it from originally being added to the catalog. In February 2014, MonkeyPaw Games brought the Japanese version of Tomba! 2 to the PlayStation Store.
